Rosé All Day - Spring Break in Cabo

I may not be in school anymore, but I’m still a firm believer in Spring Break. Adult Spring Break!

This year, some girlfriends and I decided to take a quick getaway to Cabo San Lucas for a few days and it was fantastic! Cabo is one of my favorite places to vacation when I just want to kick back and relax. Me, by the beach, with someone bringing me yummy drinks? Yes, please!

This trip we stayed at the Pueblo Bonito Rosé. Rosé all day, y’all! Pueblo Bonito has four sister properties in Cabo, and if you book an all-inclusive package (which we did!), you have access to all of them!

We visited the Pacifica and Sunset Beach and they were just as great as the Rosé. Sunset Beach is right next door to the Rosé which is super convenient. You can use the Sunset pool and also eat at their restaurants. We went over there for lunch one day and the views of the beach were gorgeous.

We also did dinner at Pacifica. The Pacifica is very upscale and adults only and only 15 minutes from Rosé and Sunset Beach. Instead of being on the beach, it’s on the cliffs and the views are breathtaking!

One thing you may not know about Cabo is that the prettiest hotels aren’t on the beach, but the Rosé and Sunset Beach are! The beach is beautiful and the water is totally swimmable, so if you’d rather be in the ocean instead of the pool, you have the option.

The other great thing about being on the beach is that you’re within walking distance to the best place in Cabo … The Office! The Office is a MUST while you are in Cabo, because it’s a restaurant that is literally ON the beach. The atmosphere and the food are incredible and you have to try the Tuna Tiradito and the Queso Fundido. And make sure Rambo comes around for a tequila shot because tequila shots are a must at The Office. You can make reservations online and if you can, go at sunset! You should also visit Edith’s.  It’s The Office’s sister restaurant and definitely a Cabo favorite. The food is just as fantastic as the view!

Oh, and one last tip! We went the second to last weekend in March, thinking we’d avoid the Spring Break crowd. That was not the case! The whole sophomore class of University of Colorado at Boulder seemed to be in Cabo (because 19 year olds can drink in Mexico!), so I would suggest going a little later if you want to avoid that! LOL!

If you’re a Cabo girl, like me, I’d love to hear your favorite spots. Because you know I’ll be back!
