You hear it at the beginning of every year, “New year, new you!” And I’ll admit, I’ve jumped on that bandwagon more times than I can count. But this time, instead of trying some fad diet or the new workout trend, I’ve found something I think will stick. Cooper Aerobics.
I’ve tried to reset to a healthier lifestyle so many times and I always start out great and then life happens. And before I know it, I’m eating more bad stuff than good, lying on the couch instead of working out … you know how it goes. So this time I decided to do something different. I decided to get help!
I’ve partnered with Cooper Aerobics so I can get on the right lifestyle path once and for all. In theory, it would be great to just drop a few pounds and move on, but what I really want, is to be healthy. But as many times as I’ve tried to get myself on a good eating plan and workout schedule, I just have a hard time maintaining it on my own. Which is why I went to Cooper.
Cooper Aerobics is more than just making you look good on the outside. They work on the inside as well! Cooper has a clinic, a fitness center, a spa … they even have a hotel! Their staff is comprised of trained professionals who really care about helping you get healthy, not just selling memberships like at a gym. These guys really know their stuff.
