First Up, Five Star Subaru

Earlier in the week, I talked about where I’m going in 2017. One of the things that I’ll be doing to expand the reach of Kidd’s Kids and some of my other philanthropic efforts is partnering with businesses that have strong community ties. And that’s how I came to Five Star Subaru.

Five Star Subaru is the largest Subaru dealership in America, so I was looking forward to seeing it in person. I went out to Grapevine to meet Mark Hale, the General Manager and immediately, I felt right at home. Five Star is a brand new dealership and it is beautiful! The only thing more beautiful is the staff inside. When you walk in, you’ll be warmly greeted and the staff will be waiting to help you.

Mark took me on a tour of the dealership and I was very impressed. Not only is the staff awesome, but Mark is one of the funniest, sweetest, warmest people I’ve ever met. Customer service is extremely important to me and it’s important to Mark, as well. He works hard to make sure his customers have a great experience and that’s high on the list of requirements for companies I work with.

Five Star Subaru is big on giving back to the community and I am proud to have them on board as a sponsor and look forward to a long relationship between Five Star Subaru and Kidd’s Kids. And, this relationship goes both ways! They had an interest in working with me because a big part of their customer base is young women and I’m a young woman. At least for a few more years! ;). But, seriously, I think it’s cool to work with a company who “gets” their customers. Plus, they’ve asked me to write a jingle for them! Surely, they didn’t mean just one, right?

Buying a new car may not be at the top of your to-do list, and if it isn’t, you can file this away for future reference. But, if you’re in the market for a new car now, definitely consider checking out Five Star Subaru. Tell them Caroline Kraddick sent you! I promise you won’t be disappointed!
