Enchant Christmas

We’re back from the Kidd’s Kids trip and Thanksgiving is tomorrow, so I think it’s okay to officially start celebrating Christmas! If you’ve seen how I decorate my house for the holidays, you know I LOVE Christmas. I go full out for Christmas – decorations, parties, gifts – I love it all. And that’s why I was so excited when I found out about Enchant!

Enchant is The World’s Largest Christmas Light Maze & Market and it’s going to be amazing! Previously, Enchant was in Vancouver but this year it’s moving to Globe Life Park in Arlington for its US debut. I hear the people of Vancouver are really disappointed and I feel kinda bad since Canadians are so nice. But I’m super excited for us!

So what is Enchant? It is literally a maze of Christmas lights. 2.5 million Christmas lights. See, Santa got stuck in a snowstorm and now he needs your help to go through the maze of lights to help him find his 9 reindeer. I mean, if Santa doesn’t find his reindeer, how will he deliver the presents? But wait, there’s more! There’s a mini maze for the littles! And ice skating. Even though we’re in Texas and snow is highly unlikely for Christmas, there’s a magical skating pond. It’s like Central Park without the expensive plane ticket and frigid temperatures!

After you find your way out of the maze, there is food … and shopping! 21 food trucks and 85 vendors at the Enchant Market! You name it and it’ll be there. What better way to start marking those names of your list? Plus, with all the beautiful lights, there will be lots of great photo ops, so you can check the family Christmas photo off the list too! And don’t forget Santa, because what Christmas celebration is complete without the guy in the red suit?

Y’all this is a BIG deal. Not only because it’s Enchant’s first time in the United States and it’s coming to the city I grew up in, but Enchant is also benefiting Kidd’s Kids. For every ticket purchased with the code KIDD, proceeds from each ticket will be given back to Kidd’s Kids. And all of the proceeds from the ice skate rentals will go to the charity partners as well!

Enchant opens this Friday and runs through December 31st. I personally know several people who have already bought their tickets and when it was in Vancouver, a lot of the nights sold out, so get your tickets now! But when you do, make sure you use the promo code KIDD!

And be sure to take lots of pictures because I want to see them all!
Happy Thanksgiving!
