Cryotherapy at Cryo1one

I have one word for you. Cryotherapy. It’s my new favorite thing and I’m just gonna say it. Obsessed.

Thanks to an old injury, I’ve been a believer for a while. FYI, wearing heels in the middle of a major ice storm is not a good idea. I ended up on the ground with a really painful knee injury. Thankfully, I discovered cryotherapy and then I was all better!

Now, I know what you’re thinking. It’s freezing cold. That’s what I was worried about too. And, technically, you’re right. I mean, you’re naked in a cryosauna in subzero temps, so yeah, it’s a little cold! 😉 But it’s dry and it’s only 3 minutes. And you wear gloves and boots to protect your hands and feet and the results are ahh-mazing!!

So how does it work? The simple explanation is the cold temperature sends the blood in your body to your core, and then creates “clean” blood to go back to all the parts of your body that need it!

Regular cryo sessions can do things like improve skin conditions and even out your skin tone. Cryo promotes healing in your body and feels awesome after a workout. It releases endorphins and helps you sleep better and did I mention it boosts your metabolism? We’re talking 300-500 calories burned per session!

I’m pretty much living at Cryo1one these days and I try to go several times a week. I’ve been on a health kick lately and when I eat right and work out consistently, I see some changes. But when I add cryo to my routine, I see some serious results!

Cryo1one offers an introductory session for $25 and I swear if you try it, you’ll be hooked! You should go … then come back and tell me how much you loved it! And tell the people at Cryo1one I sent you!
