I have one word for you. Cryotherapy. It’s my new favorite thing and I’m just gonna say it. Obsessed.
Thanks to an old injury, I’ve been a believer for a while. FYI, wearing heels in the middle of a major ice storm is not a good idea. I ended up on the ground with a really painful knee injury. Thankfully, I discovered cryotherapy and then I was all better!
Now, I know what you’re thinking. It’s freezing cold. That’s what I was worried about too. And, technically, you’re right. I mean, you’re naked in a cryosauna in subzero temps, so yeah, it’s a little cold! 😉 But it’s dry and it’s only 3 minutes. And you wear gloves and boots to protect your hands and feet and the results are ahh-mazing!!
