Halloween is over and I know most people have immediately moved on to Christmas, but first, Thanksgiving! I know, Thanksgiving doesn’t get much love but I’m trying to stay on the healthy eating path, so this year, I’m planning ahead!
Y’all know I’ve been doing the cryotherapy thing for a while now (obsessed.) and through cryo, my friend Kelly introduced me to Cassie Green. Cassie is a health coach and knows all things nutrition! I think one of the hardest things about staying on a good eating plan is constantly coming up with new and yummy things to eat. I started picking Cassie’s brain on some nutrition stuff and then just invited her over to The Kraddick Kitchen so she could give me a few ideas.
I love a good Friendsgiving but I hate to be that person who can’t eat anything because “I’m on a diet”. So Cassie shared a few recipes that are healthy and tasty and the best part is you can enjoy them without the guilt!
